ORDER OF BUSINESS:

The meeting was called to order by T. Bychinski at 4:45 P.M. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meetings Law.

AGENDA:

Motion by P. Tollaksen, second by H. Netzinger, to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.

RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE 2011 NON-REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES’ SALARIES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2011.

M. Krueger presented information regarding the overall recommendation as a result of the Ad Hoc Committee for Non-Represented Employee Compensation. Motion by J. Fordham, second by T. Bychinski, to approve a 1.5% cost of living adjustment for non-represented employees’ salaries effective January 1, 2011. Roll Call: Finance Committee: Bach-Aye, Bychinski-Aye, Fordham-Aye, Wenzel-Aye, Lane-Aye. Personnel Committee: Meister-Nay, Netzinger-Aye, Tollaksen-Aye, Lombard-Aye, Lane-Aye. Motion carried.

Motion by P. Tollaksen, second by T. Meister, to adjourn. Motion carried.
