Sauk County Law Enforcement Committee
January 24, 2012
The regular meeting of the Sauk County Law Enforcement Committee was held on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 02:00 pm, in the Community Room, 1300 Lange Court, Baraboo, Wisconsin.
The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.
Members Present: Stevens, Johnson, Halfen, Sinklair
Members Absent: Tollaksen
Members Excused:
Others Present: J. Spencer, K. Fults, J. Fry, J. Tobin, R. Meister, M. Krueger, J. Fordham, M. Posewitz, T. Kriegl, P. Murray, Schernecker, T. Damos
1. Call to Order and Certification of Open Meeting Law: The meeting was called to order and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was certified by Chair Donald Stevens at 2:00 pm
2. Agenda: Motion by Halfen, seconded by Sinklair, to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
3. Public Comment: Sharon Terry
4. Consideration of process and activities associated with the Sheriff's Department Organizational Analysis.
Supervisor Halfen stated they have expectations and would like Criterion to view Columbia County as compared to Sauk. Supervisor Stevens stated he wanted no secrets throughout the process. Supervisor Sinklair requested regular updates to the Committee.
3. Adjournment
The next regular meeting of the committee was scheduled for February 14, 2012 at 9:30 am. Motion by Johnson, seconded by Halfen, to adjourn the meeting at 3:05 pm. Motion Carried.
