The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 7:00 a.m. The agenda was approved on a motion by Bychinski, second by Fordham.

Public Comment  None.

Communications  None.
David Callender presentation on diversion programs within Wisconsin Counties. Touched base on EBDM Summit occurring in January 2014, David will help keep us informed. David suggested that Wood and Rock counties would be good resources for us to look at their programs.
Discussion and consideration of next steps need to figure out what direction the Justice Continuum wants to go. What is our problem? Why are we doing this? B. Orth and J. Fordham indicated the importance of researching and making a CJCC, Criminal Justice Coordinating Committee. J. Ashford also expressed the importance of making a systems map.

Date and Time: Wednesday, November 20, 2013 7a.m. (subject to change)
Agenda items:   EBDM Summit, if more information is available. Look at starting of the CJCC. Also discuss if we would like to talk with any other counties about their programs.

Motion was approved to adjourn the meeting by Ashford, second by Alexander.
