The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 5:30 p.m. The agenda was approved on a motion by Fordham, second by Halfen.

Communications None.
Consideration of application submittal letter of intent was sent to DOJ by K. Schauf. Schauf is working on the application for the TAD grant, Ray Luick said that we need to fill this out and submit it, even if we are not able to complete it fully.
La Crosse County Representatives: Tara Johnson, County Board Chair; Chief Judge Gonzales; and Jane Klekamp, Chemical Health and Justice Sanctions Manager presentation on their Justice Sanction program.
