The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties notified.

Halfen made a motion, second by Sinklair to adopt the Agenda. Motion Carried.

Sinklair made a motion, second by Halfen to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting. Motion Carried.

Halfen made a motion, second by Johnson to go into closed session pursuant to Wisc. Stats. 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Performance evaluation of Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk of Court and Family Court Commissioner and to reconvene in open session. Roll Call Taken, Aye, Stevens, Sinklair, Halfen and Johnson. Motion Carried.

Halfen made a motion, second by Johnson to go back into open session. Motion Carried.

Sinklair made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for July 2010 in the amount of $1,365.90. Motion Carried.

Halfen made a motion, second by Sinklair to approve the Circuit Court’s 2010 Proposed Budget and to forward it to Finance. Motion Carried.

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s and Family Court Counseling’s Monthly Report.

Halfen made a motion, second by Sinklair to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for July 2010 in the amount of $3,249.64. Motion Carried.

Halfen made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s and Family Court Counseling’s 2010 Proposed Budget and to forward it to Finance. Motion Carried.

Halfen made a motion, second by Sinklair to approve the Register In Probate’s Vouchers for July 2010 in the amount of $1,060.90. Motion Carried.

Tim Stieve appeared to present the Emergency Management’s Monthly Report.

Halfen made a motion, second by Sinklair to approve the Emergency Management’s Vouchers for July 2010 in the amount of $343.81. Motion Carried.

Halfen made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the Emergency Management’s 2010 Proposed Budget and to forward it to Finance. Motion Carried.

Tom Fandry appeared to present the Child Support’s Monthly Report.

Halfen made a motion, second by Sinklair to approve the Child Support’s Vouchers for July 2010 in the amount of $3,110.85. Motion Carried.

Sinklair made a motion, second by Stevens to approve the Child Support’s 2010 Proposed Budget and to forward it to Finance. Motion Carried.

Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report.

Sinklair made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the Clerk of Court’s Vouchers for July 2010 in the amount of $32,913.69. Motion Carried.

Sinklair made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the Clerk of Court’s 2010 Proposed Budget and to forward it to Finance. Motion Carried.

Ruth Steinhorst appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report.

Halfen made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the District Attorney’s Vouchers for July 2010 in the amount of $515.01. Motion Carried.

Johnson made a motion, second by Halfen to adjourn September 14, 2010 at 8:15 a.m. Motion Carried.
