The meeting was called to order, properly posted and all interested parties were notified.
Dietz made a motion, second by Kriegl to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried.  
Dietz made a motion, second by Kriegl to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.
Dietz made a motion, second by Kriegl, to approve the Circuit Court’s vouchers for February 2019 in the amount of $924.66.  Motion Carried.
Jim Daniels appeared to present the Register in Probate’s monthly report, annual report, and vouchers.
Dietz made a motion, second by Kriegl to approve the Register in Probate’s annual report.  Motion Carried.
Kriegl made a motion, second by Dietz to approve the Register in Probate’s vouchers for February 2019 in the amount of $678.42.  Motion Carried.
Adrienne Olson appeared to present the Child Support Agency’s monthly report and vouchers.
Dietz made a motion, second by Kriegl, to approve the Child Support Agency’s vouchers for February 2019 in the amount of $1,369.89.  Motion Carried.
Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly reports, annual report and vouchers.
Kriegl made a motion, second by Dietz to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s annual report.  Motion Carried.
Kriegl made a motion, second by Dietz to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s vouchers for February 2019 in the amount of $790.00.
Carrie Wastlick appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s monthly report and vouchers.
Dietz made a motion, second by Kriegl to approve the Clerk of Court’s vouchers for February 2019 in the amount of $29,310.37.  Motion Carried.
Yvonne Neumann appeared to present the District Attorney’s monthly report and vouchers.
Dietz made a motion, second by Kriegl to approve the District Attorney’s vouchers for February 2019 in the amount of $391.66.  Motion Carried.
Discussion of Budget Process with Administrative Coordinator.
Kriegl made a motion, second by Dietz to adjourn the meeting to April 9, 2019.  Motion Carried.
