The meeting was called to order, properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

Czuprynko made a motion, second by Deitrich to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried. 

Czuprynko made a motion, second by Pettersen to approve the minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.

Leo Grill presented a Carry Forward request of $5,598 of Family Court Commissioner’s 2017 Budget Dollars to 2018.  Czuprynko made a motion, second by Kriegl to approve the Carry Forward request.  Motion Carried.

Discussion of Family Court Commissioner’s request for permission to purchase a digital audio recording system for the Court Commissioner’s courtroom out of 2018 Budget funds.  Court Commissioner Grill noted that since the FTR Gold system being purchased is the standard for the State of Wisconsin, with whom they have a state contract, the County may purchase the system without having to utilize the usual “3 bids” process.  Petterson made a motion, second by Kriegl to approve the request for permission to purchase the digital audio recording system for the Court Commissioner’s courtroom from 2018 Budget funds.  Motion Carried.

Deitrich made a motion, second by Czuprynko to approve the Circuit Court’s vouchers for February 2018 in the amount of $1150.66.  Motion Carried.

Jim Daniels appeared to present the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly report and vouchers.

Deitrich made a motion, second by Kreigl to approve the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s vouchers for February 2018 in the amount of $398.73.  Motion Carried.

Adrienne Olson appeared to present the Child Support Agency’s monthly report and vouchers.

Deitrich made a motion, second by Pettersen, to approve the Child Support Agency’s vouchers for February 2018 in the amount of $2,668.41.  Motion Carried.

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly report and vouchers.   

Czuprynko made a motion, second by Kriegl, to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s vouchers for February 2018 in the amount of $310.00.  Motion Carried.

Carrie Wastlick appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s monthly report and vouchers.

Czuprynko made a motion, second by Deitrich, to approve the Clerk of Court’s vouchers for February 2018 in the amount of $27,726.3.  Motion Carried.

Czuprynko made a motion, second by Pettersen to approve the District Attorney’s vouchers for February 2018 in the amount of $4,175.54.  Motion Carried.

Deitrich made a motion, second by Czuprynko to adjourn.  Motion Carried.
