PRESENT: B. Wenzel, J. Deitrich, C. Lehman, T. Kriegl, W. Czuprynko, L. Grill, J. Daniels,

The meeting was called to order, properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

Czuprynko made a motion, second by Deitrich to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried. 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Czuprynko to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.

Deitrich made a motion, second by Czuprynko to nominate Wenzel as Judiciary Chairperson.  Nomination accepted and closed. Motion Carried.

Czuprynko made a motion, second by Lehman to nominate Deitrich as Judiciary Vice Chairperson.  Nomination accepted and closed.  Motion Carried.

Deitrich made a motion, second by Czuprynko to nominate Lehman as Judiciary Secretary.  Nomination accepted and closed.  Motion Carried.

Discussion of meeting date and time.  Meeting date and time will be 2nd Tuesday of every month at 3:00 pm in Room 213. 

CJCC Update given by Janelle Krueger.  Discussion followed.

Deitrich made a motion, second by Lehman to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for April 2016 in the amount of $528.44.  Motion Carried.

Jim Daniels appeared to present the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report.

Deitrich made a motion, second by Lehman to approve the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly report and vouchers for April 2016 in the amount of $5707.80.  Motion Carried.

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Report.

Czuprynko made a motion, second by Kriegl to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly report and vouchers for April 2016 in the amount of $283.38.  Motion Carried.


Lehman made a motion, second by Czuprynko to approve the Child Support Agency’s monthly report and vouchers for April 2016 in the amount of $1489.29.  Motion Carried.

Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report. Carrie Wastlick was introduced as the Interim Appointed Clerk of Court.

Deitrich made a motion, second by Czuprynko to approve the Clerk of Court’s monthly report and vouchers for April 2016 in the amount of $34005.72.  Motion Carried.

Kevin Calkins appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report.

Lehman made a motion, second by Deitrich to approve the District Attorney’s monthly report and vouchers for April 2016 in the amount of $9332.34.  Motion Carried.

Deitrich made a motion, second by Czuprynko to adjourn to June 14, 2016, at 3:00 pm in Room 213 of the West Square Building.  Motion Carried.
