PRESENT: Dent, Moore, Wenzel, Deitrich, Lehman, Grill, Daniels, Meister, Neumann, Fandry, Screnock, Reynolds, Finup

 

The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Moore to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried. 

 

Dent made a motion, second by Deitrich to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Carryforward Request of the Circuit Court.  Motion Carried.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Lehman to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for March 2016 in the amount of $1,116.39.  Motion Carried.

 

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Report.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Lehman to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for March 2016 in the amount of $581.41.  Motion Carried.

 

Jim Daniels appeared to present the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Moore to approve the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly vouchers for March 2016 in the amount of $21.98.  Motion Carried.

 

Tom Fandry appeared to present the Child Support Agency’s Monthly Report.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Child Support Agency’s monthly vouchers for March 2016 in the amount of $2229.59.  Motion Carried.

 

Vicki Meister and Kelly Finup appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Clerk of Court’s monthly vouchers for March 2016 in the amount of $33125.56.  Motion Carried.

 

 

Yvonne Neumann appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report.

 

Lehman made a motion, second by Deitrich to approve the District Attorney’s monthly vouchers for March 2016 in the amount of $1914.64.  Motion Carried.

 

Lehman made a motion, second by Dent to adjourn to May 10, 2016, at 8:15 am.  Motion Carried.
