The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Lehman to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried. 

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Lehman to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Lehman, to approve/forward the resolution Accepting a US Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women – Sexual Assault Justice Initiative Grant and Amending the 2016 District Attorney Budget to Appropriate the Related Funds.

Motion Carried.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Lehman to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for December 2015 in the amount of $2213.20.  Motion Carried.

 

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Report.

 

Lehman made a motion, second by Deitrich to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for December 2015 in the amount of $958.38.  Motion Carried.

 

Jim Daniels appeared to present the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Lehman to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly vouchers for December 2015 in the amount $440.57.  Motion Carried.

 

Tom Fandry appeared to present the Child Support Agency’s Monthly Report.

 

Lehman made a motion, second by Deitrich to approve the Child Supports’ monthly vouchers for December 2015 in the amount of $2104.70.  Motion Carried.

 

Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Lehman to approve the Clerk of Court’s monthly vouchers for December 2015 in the amount of $24423.42.  Motion Carried.

 

Yvonne Neumann appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Lehman to approve the District Attorney’s monthly vouchers for December 2015 in the amount of $554.70. Motion Carried.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Lehman to adjourn to February 9, 2016, at 8:15 am.  Motion Carried.
