PRESENT: Wenzel, Deitrich, Dent, Moore, Lehman, Michalek, Evenson, Reynolds, Grill, Daniels, Meister, Neumann, Fandry, J. Krueger, E. Allen, M. Krueger

The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

Moore made a motion, second by Dent to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried. 

Moore made a motion, second by Deitrich to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.

Deitrich made a motion, second by Dent to nominate Moore as Judiciary Vice Chairperson.
Deitrich made a motion, second by Dent to cast a unanimous ballot.  Motion Carried.

Moore made a motion, second by Deitrich to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for November 2015 in the amount of $603.36.  Motion Carried.

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Report.

Deitrich made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for November 2015 in the amount of $2610.00.  Motion Carried.

Jim Daniels appeared to present the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report.

Moore made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly vouchers for November 2015 in the amount $4944.64.  Motion Carried.

Tom Fandry appeared to present the Child Support Agency’s Monthly Report.

Dent made a motion, second by Deitrich to approve the Child Supports’ monthly vouchers for November 2015 in the amount of $1519.83.  Motion Carried.

Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report.

Deitrich made a motion, second by Moore to approve the Clerk of Court’s monthly vouchers for November 2015 in the amount of $22492.15.  Motion Carried.

Yvonne Neumann appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report.

Moore made a motion, second by Deitrich to approve the District Attorney’s monthly vouchers for November 2015 in the amount of $1376.72. Motion Carried.

Deitrich made a motion, second by Moore to enter into closed session pursuant to Wisc. Stats. 19.85(1)(c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.  Performance evaluation of the Child Support Director.  Motion Carried.

Deitrich made a motion, second by Moore to reconvene in open session.  Motion Carried.

Lehman made a motion, second by Wenzel to adjourn to January  12, 2015 at 8:15 am.  Motion Carried.
