PRESENT: Wenzel, Deitrich, Dent, Moore, Lehman, Daniels, Meister, Neumann, Fandry

 

The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

 

Dent made a motion, second by Moore to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried. 

 

Moore made a motion, second by Dent to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for October 2015 in the amount of $661.89.  Motion Carried.

 

Dent made a motion, second by Moore to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for October 2015 in the amount of $644.01.  Motion Carried.

 

Jim Daniels appeared to present the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly vouchers for October 2015 in the amount $339.17.  Motion Carried.

 

Tom Fandry appeared to present the Child Support Agency’s Monthly Report.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Child Supports’ monthly vouchers for October 2015 in the amount of $2,186.89.  Motion Carried.

 

Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report.

 

Dent made a motion, second by Lehman to approve the Clerk of Court’s monthly vouchers for October 2015 in the amount of $28,977.43.  Motion Carried.

 

Yvonne Neumann appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Dent to approve the District Attorney’s monthly vouchers for October 2015 in the amount of $568.62. Motion Carried.

 

Dent made a motion, second by Deitrich to adjourn to December 8, 2015 at 8:15 am.  Motion Carried.
