PRESENT:    Wenzel, Deitrich, Lehman, Dent, Moore, Evenson, Reynolds, Grill, Daniels, Meister, Neumann, Calkins

 

The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Dent to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Lehman to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.

 

Judge James Evenson appeared to present the Circuit Court’s Monthly Report and 2016 Budget.

 

Lehman made a motion, second by Deitrich to forward the 2016 Circuit Court Budget to Finance.  Motion Carried.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for July 2015 in the amount of $869.96.  Motion Carried.

 

Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Moore to approve the Clerk of Court’s monthly vouchers for July 2015 in the amount of $25,042.68.  Motion Carried.

 

Jim Daniels appeared to present the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report and the 2016 Budget.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Dent  to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly vouchers for July 2015 in the amount $1,747.00.  Motion Carried.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Moore to forward the 2016 Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk Budget to Finance.  Motion Carried.

 

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Report and 2016 Budget.

 

Lehman made a motion, second by Deitrich to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for July 2015 in the amount of $942.50 and forward the 2016 Family Court Commissioner’s Budget to Finance.  Motion Carried.

 

Kevin Calkins appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report and 2016 Budget.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Dent to approve the District Attorney’s monthly vouchers for July 2015 in the amount of $850.91 and forward the 2016 District Attorney Budget to Finance. Motion Carried.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Deitrich to approve the Child Supports’ monthly vouchers for July 2015 in the amount of $1,320.20.  Motion Carried.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Lehman to adjourn to September 8, 2015 at 8:15 am.  Motion Carried.
