The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Dent to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried.

 

Dent made a motion, second by Deitrich  to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.

Motion Carried.

 

Judge James Evenson appeared to present the Circuit Court’s Monthly Report and 2016 Program Review.

 

Moore  made a motion, second by Dent  to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for May 2015   in the total amount of $1,641.28.  Motion Carried.

 

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Report and 2016 Program Review.

 

Deitrich  made a motion, second by Dent   to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for May 2015   in the amount of $287.34.  Motion Carried.

 

Dent made a motion, second by Deitrich  to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly vouchers for May 2015  in the amount $2,531.48.  Motion Carried.

 

Tom Fandry appeared to present the Child Support Agency’s Monthly Report and 2016 Program Review.

 

Deitrich  made a motion, second by Moore  to approve the Child Supports’ monthly vouchers for May 2015  in the amount of $2,916.30.  Motion Carried.

 

Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report and 2016 Program Review.

 

Moore  made a motion, second by Dent  to approve the Clerk of Court’s monthly vouchers for May 2015  in the amount of $29,339.08.  Motion Carried.

 

Kevin Calkins appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report and 2016 Program Review.

 

 Moore made a motion, second by Deitrich  to approve the District Attorney’s monthly vouchers for May 2015  in the amount of $637.91.  Motion Carried.

 

Deitrich  made a motion, second by Moore  to adjourn to July 14, 2015 at 8:15 am.  Motion Carried.
