The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

 

 Deitrich made a motion, second by Moore to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried.

 

 Moore made a motion, second by Dent  to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.

 

 Dent made a motion, second by Deitrich  to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for April 2015 in the total amount of $934.23.  Motion Carried.

 

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Report.

 

 Dent made a motion, second by Deitrich  to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for April 2015  in the amount of $415.00.  Motion Carried.

 

Jim Daniels appeared to present the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report.

 

 Deitrich made a motion, second by Moore  to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly vouchers for April 2015  in the amount $1,749.44.  Motion Carried.

 

Tom Fandry appeared to present the Child Support Agency’s Monthly Report.

 

 Moore made a motion, second by Deitrich  to approve the Child Supports’ monthly vouchers for April 2015  in the amount of $2,479.19.  Motion Carried.

 

Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report.

 

 Deitrich made a motion, second by Dent  to approve the Clerk of Court’s monthly vouchers for April 2015  in the amount of $26,017.62.  Motion Carried.

 

Yvonne Neumann appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report.

 

 Dent made a motion, second by Moore  to approve the District Attorney’s monthly vouchers for April 2015 in the amount of $334.37.  Motion Carried.

 

 Deitrich made a motion, second by Dent  to adjourn to June 9, 2015 at 8:15 am.  Motion Carried.
