The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Deitrich to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Dent to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.

 

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Report and Annual Report.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Deitrich to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for January 2015 in the amount of $310.00.  Motion Carried.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for December 2014 and January 2015 in the total amount of $1,943.23.  Motion Carried.

 

Lehman made a motion, second by Moore to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly vouchers for December 2014 and January 2015 in the amount $815.72.  Motion Carried.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Deitrich to approve the Child Supports’ monthly vouchers for December 2014 and January 2015 in the amount of $1982.96.  Motion Carried.

 

Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report and Annual Report.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Clerk of Court’s monthly vouchers for December 2014 and January 2015 in the amount of $42,875.88.  Motion Carried.

 

Kevin Calkins appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report and Annual Report.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Moore to approve the District Attorney’s monthly vouchers for January 2015 in the amount of $666.28.  Motion Carried.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Dent to support the resolution Honoring Pat Fuller for 44 years of faithful service to the people of Sauk County.  Motion Carried.

 

Dent made a motion, second by Moore to adjourn to March 10, 2015 at 8:15 am.  Motion Carried.
