The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Dent to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Johnson to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Moore to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for May 2014 in the amount of $890.78.  Motion Carried.

 

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Report and Program Review.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Moore to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for May 2014 in the amount of $839.80.  Motion Carried.

 

Jim Daniels appeared to present the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report and Program Review.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly vouchers for May 2014 in the amount $1193.98.  Motion Carried.

 

Tom Fandry appeared to present the Child Supports’ Monthly Report and Program Review.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Child Supports’ monthly vouchers for May 2014 in the amount of $1617.65.  Motion Carried.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Lehman to approve the Clerk of Court’s monthly vouchers for May 2014 in the amount of $28,705.47.  Motion Carried.

 

Yvonne Neumann appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report and Program Review.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the District Attorney’s monthly vouchers for May 2014 in the amount of $665.05.  Motion Carried.

 

Lehman made a motion, second by Johnson to adjourn to July 8, 2014 at 8:15 am.  Motion Carried.
