The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Wenzel to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Wenzel to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Dent to nominate Wenzel as Judiciary Chair.  Moore made a motion second by Dent to cast a unanimous ballot.  Motion Carried.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Dent to nominate Lehman as Judiciary Vice-Chair.  Dent made a motion second by Johnson to cast a unanimous ballot.  Motion Carried.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Dent to nominate Johnson as Judiciary Secretary.  Moore made a motion second by Dent to cast a unanimous ballot.  Motion Carried.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for April 2014 in the amount of $416.50.  Motion Carried.

 

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Report.

 

Lehman made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for April 2014 in the amount of $768.00.  Motion Carried.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Moore to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly vouchers for April 2014 in the amount $1776.46.  Motion Carried.

 

Tom Fandry appeared to present the Child Supports’ Monthly Report.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Moore to approve the Child Supports’ monthly vouchers for April 2014 in the amount of $1,499.18.  Motion Carried.

 

 

 

Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Clerk of Court’s monthly vouchers for April 2014 in the amount of $30,195.68.  Motion Carried.

 

Kevin Calkins appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Moore to approve the District Attorney’s monthly vouchers for April 2014 in the amount of $921.21.  Motion Carried.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Dent to adjourn to June 10, 2014 at 8:15 am.  Motion Carried.
