The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

 

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Johnson to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried.

 

Halfen made a motion, second by Tollaksen to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.

 

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for March 2014 in the amount of $594.50.  Motion Carried.

 

Jim Daniels appeared to present the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly vouchers for March 2014 in the amount $572.85.  Motion Carried.

 

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Report.

 

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for March 2014 in the amount of $520.00.  Motion Carried.

 

Tom Fandry appeared to present the Child Supports’ Monthly Report.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the Child Supports’ monthly vouchers for March 2014 in the amount of $1,795.58.  Motion Carried.

 

Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report.

 

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the Clerk of Court’s monthly vouchers for March 2014 in the amount of $25,830.36.  Motion Carried.

 

Yvonne Neumann appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report.

 

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the District Attorney’s monthly vouchers for March 2014 in the amount of $426.15.  Motion Carried.

 

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Johnson to adjourn to May 13, 2014 at 8:15 am.  Motion Carried.
