The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

 

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Johnson to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried.

 

Halfen made a motion, second by Johnson to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.

 

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for February 2014 in the amount of $1,423.81.  Motion Carried.

 

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Report.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for February 2014 in the amount of $300.00.  Motion Carried.

 

Jim Daniels appeared to present the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report.

 

Halfen made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly vouchers for February 2014 in the amount $1,101.47.  Motion Carried.

 

Jeff Jelinek appeared to present the Emergency Management’s Monthly Report.

 

Halfen made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Emergency Management’s monthly vouchers for February 2014 in the amount of $587.11.

 

Tom Fandry appeared to present the Child Supports’ Monthly Report.

 

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the Child Supports’ monthly vouchers for February 2014 in the amount of $1,979.11.  Motion Carried.

 

Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report.

 

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the Clerk of Court’s monthly vouchers for December 2013 in the amount of $6,048.30 and February 2014 in the amount of $25,373.95.  Motion Carried.

 

Yvonne Neumann appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report.

 

Halfen made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the District Attorney’s monthly vouchers for February 2014 in the amount of $1,021.80.  Motion Carried.

 

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to support the resolution Commending Vicki Provorse for Over 22 Years of Service to the People of Sauk County.  Motion Carried.

 

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to support the resolution Crime Victims’ Rights Week Proclamation.  Motion Carried.

 

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Johnson to adjourn to April 8, 2014 at 8:15 am.  Motion Carried.
