PRESENT: Stevens, Sinklair, Montgomery, Halfen, Tollaksen, Schauf, Grill, Jelinek, Daniels, Meister, Fandry and Catterson

The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties notified.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Montgomery to adopt the Agenda Amending the order. Motion Carried.

Sinklair made a motion, second by Montgomery to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting. Motion Carried.

Discussion regarding GAL Billing took place. Halfen wants this topic put on the agenda again in February.

Montgomery made a motion second by Tollaksen to use Baker Tilly to establish guardian ad litem process changes.

Montgomery made a motion second by Tollaksen to withdraw the motion to use Baker Tilly to establish guardian ad litem process changes. Motion Carried.

Halfen made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Child Support’s Vouchers for December 2009 in the amount of $4,713.75. Motion Carried.

Tom Fandry appears to discuss briefly fees for NIVD cases and to present the Child Support’s Monthly Report.

Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Montgomery to approve the Clerk of Court’s Vouchers for December 2009 in the amount of $35,521.51. Motion Carried.

Leo Grill, Family Court Commissioner appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner Family Court Counseling’s Monthly Report.

Montgomery made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Vouchers for December 2009 in the amount of $2,805.00. Motion Carried.

Jeff Jelinek appeared to present the Emergency Management’s Monthly Report.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the Emergency Management’s Vouchers for December 2009 in the amount of $2,194.70. Motion Carried.

Montgomery made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for December 2009 in the amount of $273.00. Motion Carried.

James Daniels, Register In Probate appeared to present the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Montgomery to approve the Register In Probate’s Vouchers for December 2009 in the amount of $1,257.69. Motion Carried.

Jamie Catterson appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Montgomery to approve the District Attorney’s Vouchers for December 2009 in the amount of $769.64 and $665.00 for January 2010. Motion Carried.

Montgomery made a motion second by Tollaksen to withdraw the motion to use Baker Tilly to establish guardian ad litem process changes and to return in February with a report. Motion Carried.

Montgomery made a motion, second by Halfen to adjourn to February 9, 2010 at 8:15 a.m. Motion Carried.
