PRESENT: Johnson, Tollaksen, Stevens, Nobs, Halfen, Schauf, Grill, Daniels, Meister, Barrett, Calkins, Fandry, Jelinek, Neumann and Chris Hanson

The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to adopt the Agenda. Motion Carried.

Halfen made a motion, second by Johnson to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting. Motion Carried.

Halfen made a motion, second by Tollaksen to go into closed session pursuant to Wisc. Stats. 19.85(1) (c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Performance evaluations of the Register in Probate and the Family Court Commissioner. Roll Call Taken: Present: Stevens; Sinklair; Johnson; Tollaksen and Halfen. Motion Carried.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Johnson to reconvene in open session. Motion Carried.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the Circuit Court’s Vouchers for July 2012 in the amount of $611.48. Motion Carried.

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s and Family Court Counseling’s Monthly Report and Proposed Budget.

Halfen made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for July 2012 in the amount of $1588.89. Motion Carried.

Nobs made a motion, second by Tollaksen to forward the Family Court Commissioner’s proposed budget to Finance. Motion Carried.

James Daniels appeared to present the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report and Proposed Budget.

Chris Hanson appeared to present information on CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates).

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to forward the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s proposed budget to Finance. Motion Carried.

Jeff Jelinek appeared to present the Emergency Management Monthly Report and Proposed Budget.

Halfen made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the Emergency Management’s monthly vouchers for July 2012 in the amount of $452.40. Motion Carried.

Halfen made a motion, second by Tollaksen to forward the Emergency Management’s proposed budget to Finance. Motion Carried.

Tom Fandry appeared to present the Child Support’s Monthly Report and Proposed Budget.

Johnson made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the Child Supports’ monthly vouchers for July 2012 in the amount of $1083.68. Motion Carried.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Johnson to forward the Child Supports proposed budget to Finance. Motion Carried.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly vouchers for July 2012 in the amount of $126.12. Motion Carried.

Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly report and Proposed Budget.

Nobs made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Clerk of Court’s Vouchers for July 2012 in the amount of $24,438.72. Motion Carried.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to forward the Clerk of Courts’ proposed budget to Finance. Motion Carried.

Patricia Barrett appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report, Proposed Budget and Resolution supporting the Requesting of the State Establishment of a .5FTE Assistant District Attorney Position.

Halfen made a motion, second by Johnson to support the resolution. A roll call vote was taken with the following results: 4 Yes votes: Johnson, Tollaksen, Stevens; Halfen. 1 No vote: Nobs. Motion Carried.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the District Attorney’s Vouchers for July 2012 in the amount of $626.48. Motion Carried.

Halfen made a motion, second by Tollaksen to forward the District Attorney’s proposed budget to Finance. Motion Carried.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Nobs to adjourn to September 11, 2012 at 8:15 am. Motion Carried.
