7. POSSIBLE Resolution Commending LaVonne Schmidt For Over 24 years Of Faithful Service To The People Of Sauk County

PRESENT:    Stevens, Nobs, Johnson, Halfen, Tollaksen, Grill, Schauf, Daniels, Meister, Fandry, Neumann

The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Johnson to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried.

Halfen made a motion, second by Nobs to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.

Halfen made a motion, second by Tollaksen to enter into closed session pursuant to Wisc. Stats. 19.85(1) (c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Performance evaluation of the Child Support Director. Roll Call Taken: Present: Stevens; Nobs; Johnson; Halfen and Tollaksen.  Motion Carried.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Nobs to reconvene in open session. Motion Carried.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to support the Possible Resolution Commending LaVonne Schmidt for over 24 Years of Faithful Service to the People of Sauk County.  Motion Carried.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for November 2013 in the amount of $1483.99.  Motion Carried.

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly report.

Halfen made a motion, second by Nobs to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for November 2013 in the amount of $978.36.  Motion Carried.

Jim Daniels appeared to present the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Nobs to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly vouchers for November 2013 in the amount $973.62.  Motion Carried.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the Emergency Management’s monthly vouchers for November 2013 in the amount of $76.96.   Motion Carried.

Tom Fandry appeared to present the Child Supports’ Monthly Report.

Johnson made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Child Supports’ monthly vouchers for November 2013 in the amount of $1428.54.  Motion Carried.

Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the Clerk of Court’s Vouchers for November 2013 in the amount of $22,963.87.  Motion Carried.

Yvonne Neumann appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report.

Johnson made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the District Attorney’s Vouchers for November 2013 in the amount of $1076.18.  Motion Carried.

Nobs made a motion, second by Halfen to adjourn to January 14, 2014 at 8:15 am.  Motion Carried.
