PRESENT: Stevens, Nobs, Johnson, Halfen, Krueger, Grill, Schauf, Daniels, Meister, Fandry, Jelinek, Neumann, Calkins, Evenson, Janell Lennon
The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.
Johnson made a motion, second by Halfen to adopt the Agenda. Motion Carried.
Halfen made a motion, second by Nobs to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting. Motion Carried.
Halfen made a motion, second by Johnson to enter into closed session pursuant to Wisc. Stats. 19.85(1) (c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Performance evaluations of the Register in Probate and the Family Court Commissioner. Roll Call Taken: Present: Stevens; Nobs; Johnson; Halfen and Krueger. Motion Carried.
Johnson made a motion, second by Halfen to reconvene in open session. Motion Carried.
Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly report and 2014 Proposed Budget.
Halfen made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for July 2013 in the amount of $1529.00. Motion Carried.
Krueger made a motion, second by Johnson to forward the Family Court Commissioner’s 2014 Proposed Budget for Administrative Review.
Jim Daniels appeared to present the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report and 2014 Proposed Budget.
Nobs made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly vouchers for July 2013 in the amount $938.90. Motion Carried.
Krueger made a motion, second by Nobs to forward the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s 2014 Proposed Budget for Administrative Review.
Jeff Jelinek appeared to present the Emergency Management’s Monthly Report and 2014 Proposed Budget.
Johnson made a motion, second by Krueger to approve the Emergency Management’s monthly vouchers for July 2013 in the amount of $369.81. Motion Carried.
Krueger made a motion, second by Johnson to forward the Emergency Management’s 2014 Proposed Budget for Administrative Review.
Tom Fandry appeared to present the Child Supports’ Monthly Report and 2014 Proposed Budget.
Halfen made a motion, second by Nobs to approve the Child Supports’ monthly vouchers for July 2013 in the amount of $1093.04. Motion Carried.
Nobs made a motion, second by Halfen to forward the Child Supports’ 2014 Proposed Budget for Administrative Review.
Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report and 2014 Proposed Budget.
Krueger made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the Clerk of Court’s Vouchers for July 2013 in the amount of $23,996.06. Motion Carried.
Halfen made a motion, second by Johnson to forward the Clerk of Court’s 2014 Proposed Budget for Administrative Review.
Kevin Calkins appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report and 2014 Proposed Budget.
Halfen made a motion, second by Nobs to approve the District Attorney’s Vouchers for July 2013 in the amount of $1093.21. Motion Carried.
Halfen made a motion, second by Johnson to forward the District Attorney’s 2014 Proposed Budget for Administrative Review.
Halfen made a motion, second by Johnson to support the resolution – Creating a Special Committee to Recommend Programmatic Options within the Justice Continuum. Krueger abstained. Motion Carried.
Janell Lennon appeared to present the Circuit Court’s monthly report and 2014 Proposed Budget.
Johnson made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for July 2013 in the amount of $1262.06. Motion Carried.
Johnson made a motion, second by Halfen to forward the Circuit Court’s 2014 Proposed Budget for Administrative Review.
Johnson made a motion, second by Stevens to adjourn to September 10, 2013 at 8:15 am. Motion Carried.
