The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

 

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried.

 

Halfen made a motion, second by Johnson to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.

 

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for April 2013 in the amount of $1172.14.  Motion Carried.    

 

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s and Family Court Counseling’s Monthly Report.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for April 2013 in the amount of $843.00.  Motion Carried.

 

Jim Daniels appeared to present the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report. 

 

Nobs made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly vouchers for April 2013 in the amount $2922.49.  Motion Carried.

 

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the Emergency Management’s monthly vouchers for April 2013 in the amount of $278.09.   Motion Carried.

 

Halfen made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Child Supports’ monthly vouchers for April 2013 in the amount of $2669.19.  Motion Carried.

 

Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report.

 

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the Clerk of Court’s Vouchers for April 2013 in the amount of $30,360.22.  Motion Carried.

 

Yvonne Neumann appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report. 

 

Halfen made a motion, second by Nobs to approve the District Attorney’s Vouchers for April 2013 in the amount of $484.02.  Motion Carried.

 

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Johnson to adjourn to June 11, 2013 at 8:15 am.  Motion Carried.
