Alene updated Committee on Options. Moving Parks to Report to Conservation, Planning and Zoning and Parks still under the Highway Committee. Alene will bring more information back next month. 3 Committee Members are against changing as of now, 1 is for and 1 is 50/50. Discuss next month.

a. Discussion and Decision on use of Highway Drainage Easement for Lomasney Property on CTH N, Town of Franklin.
Property Owner will pay for cost of Culvert and Install.

c. Review and Approval of Governmental Buy Back Program for Western Star Quad Axle Dump Trucks.
Total of $33,980 - 4 Quads at $8,495 per Quad.
