M. Krueger distributed WisDOT letter regarding an analysis that affect both the Merrimac Bridge and the rail line that runs through Sauk City and Prairie du Sac.

M. Krueger stated per WisDOT ties/tracks to be removed. Plan is to move forward to put out a RFP for engineering. Fundraising back on track.

c. Discuss Shanahan Dam Culvert Replacement.
STH 23/PL566 Dam Federal funded. Rusted out/rotten needs to be replaced.

d. Discuss White Mound Dam Outlet Tube and other Dam Issues.
PL566 Dam Federal funded. Downstream – section of concrete damaged, band broke. Upstream – cage needs to be removed.

e. Discuss Hemlock Dam EAP, IOM and Replacement Spillway.
Lake Redstone: Significant rock movement and infinite crack present. M. Stieve meeting with DNR to discuss.
M. Stieve would like to create a “Dam Committee” to take control of these and develop plans etc. for future dams.

Problem exists at White Mound. Matt will put together a Management Plan for treating and removal.
