Motion by Fish, seconded by Netzinger to approve September 2014 vouchers in the amount of $ 11,845.56.

Motion carried.

  1. Open and Award Timber Sale Bids.

One bid was received for the timber sale.

Motion by Peper, seconded by Kast to award Becker the bid for the timber sale in the amount of $ 83,268.00 pending Corporation Counsel and staff review.

Motion carried.

  1. Review and Approval of Vouchers. Discussion followed.

Motion by Netzinger, seconded by Fish to approve September 2014 vouchers in the amount of $ 290,176.95.

  1. Review and Approve Resolution for County Aid to Townships for Bridge Repair.

Motion by Meister, seconded by Fish to approve Resolution for County Aid to Townships for Bridge Repair.

Motion carried.

  1. Consider Resolution Setting $30,000.00 Limit on Highway Department Equipment.

Motion by Fish, seconded by Peper to approve Resolution Setting $30,000.00 Limit on Highway Department Equipment.

Motion carried.

  1. Review and Approve Request by the Honey Creek Snowmobile Club, Inc. for Snowmobile Route on County Highway Section.

Motion by Fish, seconded by Kast to approve request by the Honey Creek Snowmobile Club, Inc. for Snowmobile Route on County Highway Section.

Motion carried.

  1. Discuss Request for Traffic Control Devices at CTH PF and 13th Street, Village of Prairie du Sac.

Motion by Netzinger, seconded by Peper to approve traffic lights at CTH PF and 13th Street. Cost will be shared: 1/3 County, 1/3 Village and 1/3 School District. Traffic lights installed by August 2015.

  1. Review and Approve Ordinance for Implements of Husbandry.
