Absent: None.

Also present: Muchow; Koenig; Carignan, Neumann; Marty Krueger – County Board Chair; Bev Vaillancourt – Town of La Valle.

  1. Adopt Agenda. Motion by Netzinger, seconded by Fish.

  1. Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting. Motion by Fish, seconded by Peper.

  1. Public Comment.

Bev Vaillancourt – discussed issues with boat landing. Maintenance next year to fix pier. Issues when power launching.

Muchow – Letter from Mueller Chemicals regarding stoplight corner of 13th Street and CTH PF, Prairie du Sac.

J. Kast – Possible safety issue – Elm tree down by Bindl Quarry.

Marty Krueger – Updated on a plan/buildout for internet/cellphone (with representative from Bugtussel). September 22, 2014 is next meeting.

Motion by Netzinger, seconded by Peper to approve August 2014 vouchers in the amount of $ 6,329.03.

Motion carried.

  1. Discuss Great Sauk Trail.

  1. Discuss/Approve 2015 Parks Budget.

Motion by Netzinger, seconded by Fish to put in $ 500,000.00 in Budget.

Motion carried.

Motion by Peper, seconded by Netzinger to approve 2015 Parks Budget to add $ 6,500.00 Outlay purchases to budget fund balance for a mower.

Motion carried.

Motion by Peper, seconded by Netzinger to approve August 2014 vouchers in the amount of $ 341,099.46.

Motion carried.

  1. Review and Approve County Bridge Aid Petitions.

Motion by Kast, seconded by Peper to approve County Bridge Aid Petitions.

Motion carried.

  1. Discuss Traffic Safety Analysis for CTH PF and 13th Street Intersection.

Muchow will recommend to Alan Wildman 4-Way Stop w/flashing lights.

No Action.

  1. Review and Approve Changing Two Foreman Positions to Two Patrol Superintendents.

Change included in Budget for 2015.

Motion by Fish, seconded by Netzinger to approve changing two Foreman positions to two Patrol Superintendents.

  1. Review and Approve Hiring Temporary Limited Term Employee for Night Dispatcher for Winter Maintenance Operations.

Motion by Netzinger, seconded by Kast to approve hiring Temporary Limited Term Employee for Night Dispatcher for Winter Maintenance Operations.
