Appearance of WI River Runners ATV Club, Inc. requesting to use part of the Spring Green Highway Facility as a ATV Trail.

Motion by Stevens, seconded by Peper to approve ATV trail request from WI River Runners ATV Club, Inc.

Muchow discussed the following: Spring weight restrictions; four 10 hour day work week for Highway Department employees; WisDOT needing to purchase r/w from Baraboo Highway Department facility for USH 12 bypass; letter from Kurt Mueller concerned about increased traffic on CTH PF.

Motion by Meister, seconded by Tollaksen to approve February 2014 vouchers in the amount of $ 20,162.40.

     c.  Review and Approve Resolution to Adopt Updated Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan.

Motion by Tollaksen, seconded by Peper to approve Resolution to Adopt Updated Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan.

Motion by Stevens, seconded by Tollaksen to approve February 2014 vouchers in the amount of $ 390,247.05.

3 Bids were received for two (2) 14 yd Dump Bodies.

Motion by Tollaksen, seconded by Stevens to award Madison Truck Equipment the bid for one (1) and Monroe Truck Equipment the bid for one (1) 14 yd Dump Body in the amount of $ 23,200.00 and $ 23,264.00 respectively..

     f.  Open Bids for Two (2) 16 ft V-Box Spreaders at 9:30 a.m.

3 Bids were received for two (2) 16 ft V-Box Spreaders.

Motion by Peper, seconded by Stevens to award Universal Truck Equipment the bid for two (2) 16 ft V-Box Spreaders in the amount of $ 12,898.00 each..

     g.  Open Bids for One (1) Under-tailgate Spreader at 9:30 a.m.

3 Bids were received for one (1) Under-tailgate Spreader.

Motion by Peper, seconded by Tollaksen to award Madison Truck Equipment the bid for one (1) Under-tailgate Spreader in the amount of $ 3,806.00.

     h.  Open Bids for Two (2) Snow Plows at 9:30 a.m.

4 Bids were received for two (2) Snow Plows.

Motion by Meister, seconded by Tollaksen to award Universal Truck Equipment the bid for two (2) Snow Plows in the amount of $ 6,225.00 each.

     i.  Open Bids for Two (2) Snow Wings at 9:30 a.m.

4 Bids were received for two (2) Snow Wings.

Motion by Meister, seconded by Peper to award Universal Truck Equipment the bid for two (2) Snow Wings in the amount of $ 5,310.00 each.

Motion by Stevens, seconded by Peper to approve the purchase of one (1) CAT D6K2 LGP Dozer at a total cost of $ 24,000.00 after trade on the Buy Back Program.
