    • Absent: Tollaksen.
    • Also present: Muchow; Koenig; Carignan; Dan Fargen – Off Road Riding in Wisc.; Marv Ruhland – MSA; Chad Novak – The Kraemer Company; Randy Boyd – Scott Construction; John Traxler – D.L. Gasser Construction; Russ Hunt, Mary Hunt – Capital City International.

  3. Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting. Motion by Stevens, seconded by Meister.

    • Koenig read a letter from Todd Wolf, resident of Lake Redstone, expressing concern that swimmers are diving from shore in an unsafe area near the Lake Redstone beach. Koenig stated that this area is in a fenced off area where swimmers should not be.

    1. Review and Approval of Vouchers. Discussion followed.
      • Motion by Netzinger, seconded by Meister to approve July 2010 bills in the amount of $ 29,391.58.
      • Motion carried.
    2. Appearance by Dan Fargen Requesting Use of White Mound Park for ATV/UTV Ride.
      • Motion by Stevens, seconded by Netzinger to allow use of White Mound Park for ATV/UTV ride, pending Sauk County Corporation Counsel’s interpretation of current ordinance.

    3. Update on Delton Dam Rehabilitation Project.

      • Motion by Meister, seconded by Netzinger to approve contract with MSA for biennial bridge inspections.

    3. Review and Approve 2011 Highway Department Budget.
      • Motion by Netzinger, seconded by Stevens to approve 2011 Highway Department Budget as presented.

    4. Open Bids for CTH G Pulverizing and Finish Grading Project at 9:00 a.m.
      • Motion by Meister, seconded by Stevens to award The Kraemer Company, LLC the bid for the CTH G Pulverizing and Finish Grading Project in the amount of $ 64,753.94.
      • Motion carried.
    5. Open Bids for CTH G Paving Project at 9:00 a.m.
      • Motion by Stevens, seconded by Netzinger to award Scott Construction the bid for the CTH G Paving Project in the amount of $ 407,760.00.
      • Motion carried.
    6. Discuss Culvert Installation on CTH EE.

    7. Review Equipment Purchases for 2010.

    8. Discuss Machinery Storage Building Construction Project.
