Motion by Tollaksen, seconded by Stevens to award WK Construction the bid for the CTH A Pavement Milling, Pulverizing and Finish Grading Project in the amount of $ 12,624.00.

g.      Open Bids for CTH A Paving Project at 9:00 a.m.

2 bids were received for the CTH A Paving Project.

Motion by Peper, seconded by Tollaksen to award DL Gasser Construction the bid for the CTH A Paving Project in the amount of $ 105,203.00.

      Motion carried.

h.      Open Bids for CTH G CHI Paving Project at 9:00 a.m.

2 bids were received for the CTH G CHI Paving Project.

i.        Open Bids for CTH T Pulverizing and Finish Grading Project at 9:00 a.m.

2 bids were received for the CTH T Pulverizing and Finish Grading Project.

Motion by Stevens, seconded by Tollaksen to award The Kraemer Company the bid for the CTH T Pulverizing and Finish Grading Project in the amount of $ 36,792.00.

j.        Open Bids for CTH T Paving Project at 9:00 a.m.

2 bids were received for the CTH T Paving Project.

Motion by Stevens, seconded by Peper to award Scott Construction the bid for the CTH T Paving Project in the amount of $ 557,600.00.

k.      Open Bids for One (1) – Five Yard Truck Dump Body/Central Hydraulic System at

9:30 a.m.

5 bids were received for one (1) – Five Yard Truck Dump Body/Central Hydraulic System.

Motion by Peper, seconded by Stevens to award Madison Truck Equipment the bid for the one (1) – Five Yard Truck Dump Body/Central Hydraulic System in the amount of

$ 24,234.00.

l.        Open Bids for One (1) – Fourteen Yard Truck Dump Body/Central Hydraulic System at

9:30 a.m.

5 bids were received for one (1) – Fourteen Yard Truck Dump Body/Central Hydraulic System.

Motion by Stevens, seconded by Peper to award Madison Truck Equipment the bid for the one (1) – Fourteen Yard Truck Dump Body/Central Hydraulic System in the amount of

$ 28,300.00.

m.    Open Bids for Three (3) Snow Plows at 9:30 a.m.

5 bids were received for the three (3) Snow Plows.

Motion by Stevens, seconded by Tollaksen to award Universal Truck Equipment the bid for the three (3) Snow Plows in the amount of $ 19,614.00.

Motion carried.

n.      Open Bids for Five (5) Snow Plow Wings at 9:30 a.m.

5 bids were received for the five (5) Snow Plow Wings.

Motion by Stevens, seconded by Peper to award Universal Truck Equipment the bid for two (2) snow plow wings with the Uni-glide option for $ 10,114.00 and to award Monroe Truck Equipment the bid for two (2) snow plow wings with the Para-glide option for $ 13,988.00 and to award Little Falls Machine the bid for the one (1) snow plow wing with the A-frame type option for $ 6,400.00.

o.      Open Bids for Two (2) Underbody Tailgate Spreaders at 9:30 a.m.

5 bids were received for the two (2) Underbody Tailgate Spreaders.

Motion by Tollaksen, seconded by Peper to award Madison Truck Equipment the bid for the two (2) Underbody Tailgate Spreaders in the amount of $ 7,434.00.

p.      Open Bids for One (1) V-Box Spreader at 9:30 a.m.

4 bids were received for the one (1) V-Box Spreader.

Motion by Tollaksen, seconded by Stevens to award Monroe Truck Equipment the bid for the one (1) V-Box Spreader in the amount of $ 13,153.00.
