    • Nomination for Committee Chairperson:
      • Motion by Tollaksen, seconded by Netzinger to nominate Supervisor Hartje.

      • Results of vote: Supervisor Hartje elected unanimously.
    • Nomination for Committee Vice-Chairperson:
      • Motion by Stevens, seconded by Hartje to nominate Supervisor Meister. Motion carried.

    • Tollaksen discussed the speed limit on CTH P near Herwig Road and disallowing the use of Jake brakes in this area.

      • Discussion followed.
      • Motion by Meister, seconded by Tollaksen to approve April 2010 bills in the amount of $ 3,547.32.
      • Motion carried.

      • Motion by Meister, seconded by Stevens to draft a resolution allowing UTVs to operate on designated ATV routes within Sauk County.
      • Motion carried.
