Also present: Muchow; Koenig; Carignan; Larry Volz; Matt Stieve – Parks Dept.; Kurt Schadewalt – Madison Truck Equipment; Wes Ensrod – Fabco Equipment.

2.      Adopt Agenda. Motion by Tollaksen, seconded by Meister.

Motion carried.

3.      Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting. Motion by Netzinger, seconded by Tollaksen.

a.       Review and Approval of Vouchers. Discussion followed.

Motion by Meister, seconded by Tollaksen to approve May 2011 bills in the amount of

$ 2,452.26.

      Motion carried.

b.   Update on Delton Dam Project.

c.       Consider Deputizing of Park Ranger Position.

Motion by Netzinger, seconded by Meister to approve deputizing of Park Ranger Position.

      Motion carried.

d.      Approve 2012 Budget Mission, Vision, and Goals.

Motion by Tollaksen, seconded by Netzinger to approve 2012 Budget Mission, Vision, and Goals.

      Motion carried.

e.       Consider Resolution Creating a Subcommittee of the Economic Development Committee to Facilitate the Creation of Recreational Trails.

Motion by Tollaksen, seconded by Netzinger to approve Resolution Creating a Subcommittee of the Economic Development Committee to Facilitate the Creation of Recreational Trails.

Motion carried.

a.       Review and Approval of Vouchers. Discussion followed.

Motion by Netzinger, seconded by Stevens to approve May 2011 bills in the amount of

$ 265,903.19.

      Motion carried.

b.      Approve 2012 Budget Mission, Vision, and Goals.

Motion by Meister, seconded by Tollaksen to approve 2012 Budget Mission, Vision, and Goals.

Motion carried.

c.       Review and Approve Purchase of Equipment for Tandem Trucks.

Motion by Tollaksen, seconded by Stevens to approve purchase of equipment for tandem trucks from Rowe Truck Equipment in the amount of $ 17,192.00 each.

      Motion carried.

d.      Review and Approve Governmental Buy Back Program on CAT 930 Loaders.

Motion by Meister, seconded by Stevens to approve purchase of two (2) CAT 930 loaders on the Governmental Buy Back Program at a cost of $ 16,000.00 and $ 18,000.00 after trade.

Motion carried.

e.       Discuss Road Construction Projects.

No Action.

f.       Discuss Building Improvement Projects.

No Action.

g.      Discuss Equipment Purchases for 2011.

No Action.

8.      Next Meeting. Motion by Meister, seconded by Netzinger to adjourn to the next regular scheduled meeting set for Thursday, July 14, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. at the Highway Department office.
