1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law.
2. Adopt Agenda.
3. Discussion and Action Adopting Minutes of Previous Meeting.
   1. Ad Hoc Meeting – February 22, 2024
4. Public Comment.
5. Discussion and Approval of Vouchers.
6. Project Update.
7. Discussion and Possible Action on Scissor Lift Quote
8. It is anticipated that the Committee may enter into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 19.85(1)(e) for the purposes of deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session and Wis. Stat. s. 19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. (Topic: Contract with Kraemer Brothers for Baraboo and Reedsburg Highway Shop).  A roll call vote will be taken to go into closed session and return to open session.
