Stats. 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsiblity.  Interview the individual candidates and discuss their qualifications for the position of Nursing Home Administrator.

  7. Reconvene in open session.

  8. Consideration and selection of final candidate for the position of Nursing Home Administrator

  9. Members present:  Mary Ellen Murray, Henry Netzinger, Terri Langer, Bill Higgins, Joe Fish, and Tut Gramling, Carol Held

Absent:

Others present: Dennis Murray, Michelle Posewitz

 

1.  Meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m. by Chair Fish and certified compliance with the open meeting law.

 

2.  Motion by Gramling, second by Langer, to adopt the agenda.  Motion carried.

 

3.  Motion by Netzinger, second by Higgins, to approve the minutes of the February 17, 2015 meeting.  Motion carried.

 

4.  Public Comment – None 

 

5.  Communication – None

                         

6. Motion by Netzinger, second by Held, to move to close session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.  Interview the individual candidates and discuss their qualifications for the position of Nursing Home Administrator.  Motion carried.

 

7.  Motion by Higgins, second by Gramling, to reconvene in open session.  Motion carried

Consideration and selection of final candidate for the position of Nursing Home Administrator.

Motion by Murray, second by Gramling to select Jennifer Vosen for the position of Nursing Home Administrator, with the provisions that Jennifer passes her criminal background check and obtains her administrators license within six months.  Motion carried.

 

9. Motion by Murray, second by Higgins, to adjourn.  Motion carried
