1. Meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Chair Murray and certified compliance with the open meeting law.
2. Motion by Langer, second by Carlson to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
3. Motion by Fish, second by Netzinger to approve the minutes of the last meeting. Motion carried.
4. Election of officers of the Board of Trustees.
A. Election of Chair – Chair Murray opened the floor to nominations for chair of the BOT.
Motion by Higgins, second by Langer to nominate Mary Ellen Murray for Chair.
Second call for nominations – None
Motion by Fish, second by Langer to close nominations and cast a unanimous vote for Mary Ellen Murray to be Chair. Motion carried unanimously.
B. Election of Vice-Chair – Chair Murray opened the floor to nominations for vice-chair of the BOT.
Motion by Netzinger, second by Carlson to nominate Joe Fish for vice-chair of the BOT.
Second call for nominations – None
Motion by Carlson, second by Higgins to close the nominations and cast a unanimous vote for Joe Fish for vice- chair. Motion carried unanimously.
5. Public Comment – None
6. Communication – Kim thanked everyone for the help and support during this difficult time for her.
Joe Fish mentioned that his family is having their annual Fish/Steak Feed and Bowling Tournament on Saturday, February 1 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. The cost is $11 in advance and $12 at the door. The money is donated to cancer research/support organizations.
7. Approval of quarterly donations.
Motion by Carlson, second by Netzinger to approve the quarterly donations in the amount of $2,320. Motion carried.
8. Business Office report. Kim presented the vouchers and highlighted items of interest. Operations statement and aging were also discussed. Plan on doing adjustments next month.
Motion by Netzinger, second by Higgins to approve the vouchers for the month in the amount of $89,281.47. Motion carried.
9. Administrator’s report. Kim indicated that the usual meetings were attended. WACH annual meeting and conference is coming up on January 29th, and is in DeForest. If you would like to go, let Kim know. All staff took care of things while Kim was out, especially during the last few weeks. Currently have a neighborhood on quarantine with the GI flu. United Fund Radio Auction is coming up, so please support this very worthy cause.

11. Next month we will have adjustments and yearly donations on the agenda.
12. Next meeting date is Thursday, February 13 at 5:30 p.m.
