- Called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Steve Bach. The open meeting law requirements were met.
- Motion by Netzinger, second by Carlson to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
- Motion by Langer, second by Higgins to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. Motion carried.

Bill McClary presented the final Waste Water Treatment Plant Annual Report.
- Motion by Carlson, second by Netzinger to approve the final Waste Water Treatment Plant Annual Report. Motion carried.

Business office report and voucher review. Discussion held regarding vouchers, operations statement and aged receivables.
- Motion by Carlson, second by Langer to approve the vouchers in the amount of $107,647.48. Motion carried.
- Anthem Insurance situation was discussed and no decision on our course of action has been made. A meeting with Corp. Counsel, Kim and Penny will be set up. Will report back on the progress next month.

Donations for the quarter were discussed.
- Motion by Netzinger, second by Murray to approve the quarterly donations in the amount of $475.00. Motion carried.
- Administrator's report. Kim updated the board on various activities of the HCC over the past month. Continues to look at various providers and compare costs of supplies to maximize our budgeted dollars. Our plan of correction for the state survey for the nursing department was accepted. Working on the 2011 budget. Union negotiations are ongoing. Discussion held regarding the possibility of contracting with a collection agency for past due accounts. Chairman Bach encouraged the HCC to go forward with a collection agency. Chairman Krueger indicated that this decision would also show that the HCC is being proactive in doing all it can do to minimize impact on the taxpayer. Foundation update - have postponed the Pig Roast until next spring. Have narrowed down the stained glass design to two vendors. Cookbook recipes are being sent out to printers soon. Are reprinting the Foundation Brochure to update. Next meeting will be in September.
