1. Call to order and certify compliance with Open Meeting Law: Chair Krueger
   • Members present: Krueger, Endres, Stevens, Fordham and Wenzel.
   • Members absent: None.
2. Adopt agenda: MOTION (Endres/Stevens). Carried unanimously.
3. Adopt minutes of previous meeting of February 02, 2010: MOTION (Fordham/Stevens). Carried unanimously.
4. Public Comment:
   • None.
5. Communications:
   • e-mail from Mark Malave to Chair Krueger regarding Township of La Valle Comprehensive Plan in relation to permits for lodging houses.
6. Administrative Coordinator Kathryn Schauf for Steve Pate, Management Information Systems (MIS):
   1.   Monthly Report/Review; and Approval of Vouchers (on file):
      MOTION (Wenzel/Endres), to receive report; and approve vouchers in the amount of $108,327.43. Carried unanimously.

7. Patricia Van Oosten, Lead Deputy County Clerk, for Beverly J. Mielke, County Clerk:
   1. Monthly Report/Review; and Approval of Vouchers (on file): MOTION (Endres/Stevens), to receive report; and approve vouchers in the amount of $10,936.84. Carried unanimously.
   2. Annual Report (on file).
   3. Consideration of Resolution Naming the Official Sauk County Newspaper: MOTION (Fordham/Wenzel), to forward resolution to the full County Board for approval on April 20, 2010. It was noted that the Baraboo News Republic is the only daily newspaper in Sauk County. Carried, with Supervisor Stevens dissenting.
8. Alene Kleczek, Corporation Counsel:
   1. Monthly Report/Review; and Approval of Vouchers (on file):
      MOTION (Fordham/Endres), to receive report; and approve vouchers in the amount of $1,529.03. Carried unanimously.

9. Kathryn Schauf, Administrative Coordinator:
   1.  Monthly Report/Review; and Approval of Vouchers (on file):
      MOTION (Endres/Wenzel), to receive report; and approve vouchers in the amount of $150.00. Carried unanimously.
   2. Consideration of two (2) computer donation requests (on file); One for Sauk County Food Share; and one for Sauk County Department of Human Services Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Program. Discussion regarding donation process.
      MOTION (Fordham/Endres), to postpone computer donation issue to the Special Executive & Legislative Committee meeting on Tuesday, March 16, 2010, at 5:30 p.m. Carried unanimously.

10. Marty Krueger, County Board Chair:
    1. a. Monthly Report (on file).
    • Intergovernmental Meeting: Thursday, March 25, 2010 8:00 p.m., Reedsburg Public Library, 370 Vine Street, Reedsburg WI 53959
    • Discussion regarding Intergovernmental Survey (letter and survey on file);
11. Consideration of a resolution honoring Douglas Blakeslee:
    • MOTION (Fordham/Endres), to forward resolution to the full County Board for approval on March 16, 2010. Carried unanimously.
12. Consideration of a resolution honoring Mel Rose for his years of service on the Sauk County Development Corporation Committee:
    • MOTION (Wenzel/Endres), to forward resolution to the full County Board for approval on March 16, 2010. Carried unanimously.
13. Consideration of a resolution declaring April 2010 as NACO “National County Government Month”:
    • MOTION (Fordham/Endres), to forward resolution to the full County Board for approval on March 16, 2010. Carried unanimously.
14. Sauk County Drainage Board Update
    • Supervisor Stevens: No meeting held since February 02, 1010 Executive & Legislative Committee. Drainage Board is waiting for requested opinion from the Attorney General’s Office regarding ability to raise money.
15. Discussion/Possible Changes to Rules of the Board (on file):
    • Alene Kleczek, Acting Corporation Counsel:
      • Draft of proposed Rules of the Board will be brought to the full Board of Supervisors for discussion only on Tuesday, March 16, 2010. Proposed Rules of the Board will be brought to the full Board of Supervisors for approval on April 20, 2010, at which time amendments can be made.
    • Chair Krueger
      • Chair Krueger noted programmatic review of Sauk County departments; and discussion of proposed Rules Of The Board issues on the March 03, 2010, Special Executive & Legislative agenda is another avenue for all Board members to participate in discussions.
16. Next regular meeting date:
    • Monday, April 05, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. (due to conflict with Spring Election on Tuesday, April 06, 2010).
