Vice-Chair Hambrecht called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and compliance with the open meeting law was verified.
MOTION (Czuprynko/Kriegl) to adopt the agenda. Motion carried unanimously.
MOTION (Czuprynko/Kriegl) to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting on September 4, 2018 and the
Special Meeting on September 18, 2018. Motion carried unanimously.
Public Comment:
a) Bill Dagnon, re: in favor of referendums on ballot & against the 2/3 resolution on referendums.
Communications: None.
Jeff Jelinek, Emergency Management:
a) Jelinek presented the monthly report and list of bills for his department.
MOTION (Czuprynko/Wenzel) to approve bills in the amount of $8,871.67. Motion carried unanimously.
b) Discussion of 2019 Budget.
Steve Pate, MIS Department:
a) Pate presented the monthly report and list of bills for his department.
i) Update on Law Enforcement System.
MOTION (Czuprynko/Kriegl) to approve bills in the amount of $110,592.13. Motion carried unanimously.
b) Consideration of computer donation requests: None.
c) Discussion of 2019 Budget.

Review of Steve Pate, MIS Director allowing Kleczek Bolin to remain.
Roll Call: AYES: (4) Hambrecht, Czuprynko, Kriegl and Wenzel. NAYS: (0). ABSENT: (1) Vedro.

b) Kleczek Bolin presented the Criminal Justice Program monthly report and list of bills for the department.

MOTION (Czuprynko/Hambrecht) to approve the bills in the amount of $15,145.47. Motion carried unanimously.
c) Discussion of 2019 Budget (Criminal Justice Program and Administration). Kleczek Bolin gave a brief update.
d) Discussion of CDBG Closeout Program.
e) Possible Lease of Vehicle for Criminal Justice Coordinating Programs. Baldwin gave a brief overview.

MOTION (Wenzel/Kriegl) to proceed with a Board Dynamic Analysis resolution. Motion carried unanimously.
Consideration of Resolution Amending Sauk Co. Code, Chapter 1, Supervisory District Plan, Changing The Supervisory District Boundary Between District 31 and District 29 Resulting From Village of Prairie du Sac Annexation:
