  4. Approval of minutes from prior meeting.
  5. Communications.
  6. Public Comment.

Old Business

  1. Update on the Town of Sumpter: Memorandum of Understanding.
  2. Update from Dana White-Quam, WDNR
    1.  “Where are we now” handout and short overview of the land acquisition process and current status.

New Business

  1. Discuss and approve work plan (including public participation)
    1. Define roles
      1. Commission members;
      2. Stakeholders;
      3. Advisors;
      4. County staff;
      5. Public.
    2. Set meeting dates.
  2. Discuss the planning process budget and funding for trail construction.
  3. Identify stakeholders and discuss the stakeholder application process.
  4. Discuss website presence and potential outputs.
  5. Assignment of tasks for the August meeting (if necessary).
  6. Public Comment.
  7. Next meeting date(s), location, and agenda items in addition to the work plan. 
  8. Adjourn.
