The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 6:30 p.m.  The agenda was approved on a motion by Peper, second by Fish.

 

The meeting minutes from the prior meeting were approved on a motion by Lehman, second by Peper.  Motion carried.

 

Public Comment

None

 

Communications.

None

 

Election of Vice-Chair

Motion by Lehman, second by Peper to nominate Fish.  Motion by Dent, second by Lehman to close nominations and cast a unanimous ballot for Fish.  Motion carried.

 

Motion by Stehling, second by Fish to postpone discussion of #7 - Discussion of County-wide trail system, #8 - Discussion and consideration of attendance at the March 19, 2014 Broadband in Sauk County session at the Plain Library, and #9 Consideration of property master plan.  (Discussion of potential re-uses of property in the Town of Dellona.).  Motion carried.

 

Motion by Stehling, second by Peper, to adjourn until February 24, 2014.  Motion carried.
