8.         Public hearing: To begin at approximately 9:15 a.m. (Committee to consider and take
            possible action at the conclusion of the respective hearing.)

            a.   Petition 05-2020. A petition to consider a conditional use permit pursuant to s7.038(9)(h)
            for a mobile tower siting, located in the SW ¼, NE ¼, Section 14, T11N, R7E, Town of
           Greenfield, Sauk County, tax parcel identification number 018-0417-00000.
            b.   Petition 06-2020. A petition to consider a conditional use permit pursuant to s. 7.040(4)(d)
            for mini-warehousing, located in the E 1/2, SW ¼, Section 3, T10N, R6E, Town of Sumpter,
            Sauk County.  Part of tax parcel identification number 034-0779-00000.
            c.  Petition 04-2020. A petition from Bug Tussel Wireless to consider a conditional use permit
           pursuant to s. 7.038(9)(i) for a mobile tower siting on land owned by St. Patricks Estates.  Said
           conditional use is located in the Town of Bear Creek, Sauk County.  Lands affected by the
           proposed conditional use are located in the N ½, of the SW ¼, Section 14, T10N, R3E, Town of
           Bear Creek, and as further described in Petition 04-2020. Tax parcel identification numbers
           004-0595-00000 and 004-0593-00000.
            d.  Petition 08-2020. A petition from Paul Coblentz to consider a conditional use permit
            pursuant to s. 7.040(3)(i) for a wood fabrication business on property he will own.  Said
            conditional use is located in the Town of Bear Creek, Sauk County.  Lands affected by the
            proposed conditional use are located in the NE¼, of the NE¼, Section 23, T10N, R3E, Town of
             Bear Creek, and as further described in Petition 08-2020. Tax parcel identification numbers
             004-0781-00000
             e.   Petition 07-2020. A petition to consider a rezone pursuant to s. 7.150 from an Agriculture
             zoning district to a Commercial zoning district.  Said rezone is located in part of the NW ¼,
            NE ¼, Section 12, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, Sauk County, and as further described in
            Petition 07-2020. Portions of tax parcel identification numbers 024-0300-00000 and 024-
            0302-00000.
            f.   Petition 09-2020. A petition to consider a rezone from Exclusive Agriculture zoning district
            to an Agriculture zoning district and conditional use permit pursuant to s. 7.040(3)(i) for
           wood fabrication business.  Said conditional use is located in part of the NE ¼, NE ¼, Section
           33, T12N, R3E, Town of Ironton, and as further described in Petition 09-2020. Tax parcel
           identification number 022-0719-10100, formerly 022-0719-00000.
           g.   Petition 10-2020. A petition to consider a conditional use permit pursuant to s. 7.040(3)(i)
          for a wood fabrication business.  Said conditional use is located in part of the NE ¼, SW ¼,
          Section 36, T13N, R2E, Town of Woodland, and as further described in Petition 10-2020. Tax
          parcel identification number 044-0730-12000.

9.         Discussion and possible action on a resolution approving the acquisition of land from
WisDOT to construct a future parking area and point of access for the Great Sauk State Trail and approval of an  expenditure of up to $2500 to complete the project 

10.       Next meeting dates – Thursday, April 9th and Thursday, May 14th, 2020.
