1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law.

6. Discuss the random drug testing procedures and contract in place for 2018
7. Review and discuss the effectiveness of the current practices regarding initial treatment needs assessments for new participants
8. Discuss the status of implementation of the alcohol addiction component of the Sauk County Adult Treatment Court, including any barriers that have been identified by staff
9. Update from staff on the implementation of the recently revised Sauk County Adult Treatment Court Policy/Procedure Manual, Participant Handbook, and related forms

The meeting was called to order at 12:08 p.m. Certification of Open Meeting compliance was given.
Motion by Screnock, to adopt agenda. Motion carried.
Approval of minutes from previous meeting postponed.

Chris Polzer resignation
Discussed the random Drug testing procedures and contract in place for 2018: The new contract through Averhealth was discussed along with their testing procedures. No formal action was taken.
Review and discuss the effectiveness of the current practices regarding initial treatment needs assessment for new participants: Different options were discussed as to which programs are offered through various treatment providers. Subcommittee discussed how assessments are utilized and who administers them. No formal action taken.
Discuss the status of implementation of the alcohol addiction component of the Sauk County Adult Treatment Court, including any barrier that have been identified by staff: Looking into a start date of 02/02/2018 for OWI cases starting in Treatment Court. Still waiting on electronic monitoring equipment to arrive. No formal action taken.
Update from staff on the implementation of the recently revised Sauk County Adult Treatment Court Policy/Procedure Manual, Participant Handbook, and related forms: Baldwin and Bryant will distribute newest policy revision to participants. No formal action taken
