Amanda Hanson, Brian Basham, Dan Brattset, Elizabeth LaBroscian, Lewis Lange, Judge Screnock, Pat Rego, Thomas Dorner, Rick Spoentgen, Treemanisha Stewart, Allison Markoski, Brent Miller, Delmar Scanlon, Michael Albrecht, Chief Cummings, Paul Kujak

Members Absent:

Jay Englund, Judge Jones, Timothy McCumber

1.  Call Meeting to Order:

The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 3:30p.m.

2.  Agenda:

Motion by P. Rego, second by B. Basham to adopt agenda. Motion carried.

3.  Minutes:

Motion by T. Dorner, second by D. Brattset to approve previous meeting minutes. Motion carried.

4.  Public Comment: NONE

5.  Communications: NONE

6.  Monthly Justice, Diversion & Support Report

Amanda Hanson showed a PowerPoint presentation regarding recidivism and success rates for the Adult Treatment Court Program.

Looking for someone in recovery to join/teach Alumni group.

Chief Cummings is open to suggestions for Law Enforcement referrals for the SUDS program.

7.  Citizen Member Vacancy:

Dr. McAuliffe in attendance to observe.

8.  Committee Size & Make up

R. Spoentgen, D. Brattset and B. Desmond met to discuss the need to have standing sub committees of the CJCC. It was proposed to amend bylaws to remove sub committees. Also proposed that the 3 sub committees meet monthly and report progress to the CJCC quarterly meeting.

9.  AODA & Mental Health Services in Sauk County

D. Brattset, B. Miller, A. Hanson and J. Mijal met to discuss contracting a service provider for IOP. The demand for mental health treatment is too high and treatment provider availability is too low.

10.  2022 Budget Planning & New initiatives

No discussion at this time.
