1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law:  6:00 P.M.

            Commemorating The 100^th Anniversary Of Wisconsin 4-H Youth Development.

            Supporting The Goals Of Juror Appreciation Month.

        Resolution 81-2014 Authorizing The University Of Wisconsin Baraboo/Sauk County Campus

        Commission To Enter Into A Contract With Kraemer Brothers, LLC For The Construction Of A

        Science Facility, Remodeling Existing Structures, And Overseeing Construction Activities. 

        Motion (Lombard/Von Asten).  Matthew Wolfert & Michael Hacker, Bray Architects; Dr. Tracy

        White – Dean UW Baraboo/Sauk County; David Armstrong – Asst. Dean for Finance &  

        Administration and UW-Baraboo/Sauk County; Phil Wedekind – Chair, UW-Baraboo/Sauk County             

        Campus Commission addressed the board regarding the new science facility for UW-Baraboo/Sauk

        County.  Wolfert & Hacker, Bray Architects responded to questions.

        Resolution 82-2014 Granting An Easement To Alliant Energy To Improve And Provide Utility

        Services To The University Of Wisconsin Baraboo/Sauk County.  Motion (Wenzel/Lombard).

        FINANCE COMMITTEE, PERSONNEL COMMITTEE AND HEALTH CARE CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES:

        Resolution 84-2014 Authorizing The Sauk County Health Care Center To Eliminate One, Full-Time

(1.00 FTE) And One Part Time (.70 FTE) Dining Assistant, And Create Two Full-Time (2.00 FTE) And

Cook Position Outside Of The Budget Process. 

Chair Krueger noted a scrivener error on agenda with description of this resolution.

 Resolution 85-2014 Authorizing The Sauk County Health Care Center To Eliminate One, Full-Time    

 (1.00 FTE) Receptionist Position And Create One Full-Time (1.00 FTE) Billing Specialist Position  

 Outside Of The Budget Process.   MOTION (Czuprynko/Netzinger).  VOTE:  AYES:  (27) Czuprynko,

 Kriegl, Meister, N. Johnson, Lehman, Dietz, G. Johnson, Fish, Moore, Giebel, Vedro, Miller,

      Resolution 86-2014 Approving Conveyance Of Certain Remnant Parcels To The State Of Wisconsin

      PERSONNEL COMMITTEE:

      Resolution 87-2014 Establishing The 2015, 2016 and 2017 Health Insurance Program For Sauk

      County.  MOTION (Meister/Netzinger).  Jerry Brown, M3 appeared before the board to provide an

      overview regarding  the health insurance resolution/proposals.  VOTE:  AYES:  (26) Kriegl, Meister, 

      N. Johnson, Lehman, Dietz, G. Johnson, Fish, Moore, Giebel, Vedro, Miller, Von Asten, Lombard,

      Ashford, Gramling, Polivka, Riek, Peper, Peterson, Alexander, Hambrecht, Wenzel, Stehling,

      Netzinger, Fordham and Krueger.  NAYS:  (1) Czuprynko.  ABSENT:  (4) Held, Bychinski, Dent and

      Kast (excused).   Motion carried.       

      PROPERTY & INSURANCE COMMITTEE:

      Resolution 88-2014 Authorizing Issuance Of Quit Claim Deed To Certain Lands In The Town Of

      La Valle To Helene Nelson Full.  MOTION (Giebel/G. Johnson).  VOTE:  AYES:  (27) Czuprynko, Kriegl,

      Meister, N. Johnson, Lehman, Dietz, G. Johnson, Fish, Moore, Giebel, Vedro, Miller, Von Asten,
