SAUK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
MEETING NOTICE
DATE: Tuesday, September 12, 2023 TIME: 1 P.M.
PLACE: Room B24, West Square Building, 505 Broadway St., Baraboo, WI
It is anticipated that a majority of the members of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors will be convening in Sauk County to attend a presentation as guests of the Sauk County Justice, Diversion, and Support. This would constitute a meeting of the Sauk County Board of supervisors pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis 2d 553, 294 N.W.2d 408 (1993), and must be noticed as such, although the Board will not take any formal actions at this time.
