Any person who has a qualifying disability that requires the meeting or materials at the meetings to be in an accessible location or format should contact the Sauk County Clerk’s Office at 608-355-3286, between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:30PM, Monday through Friday, exclusive of legal holidays, at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting so that reasonable arrangements can be made to accommodate each request.

REGULAR MEETING:  SAUK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law: 6:00 P.M.

 

2. Roll Call.  PRESENT: (22) Eberl, Kinsman, Klitzke, Harris, Deitrich, Waldon, Krueger, Clemens, Lombard, Dorner, Fordham, Hazard, McCumber, R. Spencer, Carver, Polivka, Burchill, Peper, Alexander, Detter, Stehling, and McAuliffe. EXCUSED: (3) T. Spencer, Pocernich, and Evert. ABSENT: (4) Roxen, Prosser, Cross, and Lohr. VACANT: (2)

 

Staff Present: Lisa Wilson, County Administrator; Autumn Bates, Lead Deputy County Clerk; and Cora McDonnell, Deputy County Clerk. 

 

3. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.  Invocation given by Supervisor Dietrich.

 

4. Moment of Silence. Chair McCumber led a moment of silence in honor of the service and contributions of former Supervisor Dr. John ‘Tony’ Anthony DeGiovanni.
