4) Adopt Amended Agenda with amendments on Resolution 127-2018 from Property and Insurance Committee. MOTION (Gibson/Riek) to approve the amended agenda.
Point of Order (Czuprynko) questioning Supervisor Vedros response to Steve Bach under item 15, County Board Chair Reports. Vedro stated that as Board Chair, he felt it was his position to respond. Guidance was also provided from Corp. Counsel, Daniel Olson. Motion carried unanimously.
5) Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting. MOTION (Berlin/Reik) to approve minutes. Motion (Peper/McCumber) to Amend minutes of previous meeting, to read: “not in compliance with open meeting law at previous month’s meeting.” Discussion in favor and opposition to the motion. Motion failed. (Verbal vote)
Motion (Belin Berlin/Reik) to approve the minutes. Motion carried.
