Resolution 178-2018 Authorization To Contract With Clean Power LLC For The Cleaning Of County Facilities. MOTION (Von Asten/Gruber). *Supervisor Deitrich noted a scriveners error, noted below with correction:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Sauk County Board of Supervisors met in regular session, hereby authorizes the Building Services Facilities Director to contract with Clean Power LLC for the daily cleaning work for the respected buildings respective buildings at a cost of $140,484 for the first year, and continuing the contract annually we can continue the contract as long as money is budgeted. VOTE: AYES: (29) Czuprynko, Kriegl, Whitsell, Rego, Newport, Dietz, Braunschweig, Deitrich, Bychinski, Krueger, Johnson, Curry, White Eagle, Reppen, Von Asten,Hazard, McCumber, Spencer, Berlin, Lins, Riek, Peper, Lohr, Gruber, Wenzel, Stehling, McAuliffe, Hambrecht and Vedro.
